European Championships Budapest 2006

Next week I start racing at the European championships...My preperation has been slightly hampered by a groin and Quad injury but im in reasonable shape now so not too much to worry about. June 23 - A fitting end to my time at Loughborough

It has just been confirmed that I have passed my Msc in International Relations of the European Union. I will graduate in July, it only took me 5 years to pass.

June 12-19 -Training in Bath

Another good weeks training under the belt...I went down to Bath to train with Darren Mew and what a good week we both had. I really benefited from training with Darren because everything we did was a race and neither of us wanted to loose. Many thanks to Darren and Kim for having me for the week.

June 2 -Time for a change

I finally decided today that my time as a full time swimmer at Loughborough University is too come to an end following the European championships in August. It was an extremely difficult decision to make but I feel is the right one. I have had some amazing success as a Loughborough swimmer, but I recognise that none of this would have been possible without the help of some amazing people along the way.
