European Championships Budapest 2006
Next week I start racing at the European championships...My preperation has been slightly hampered by a groin and Quad injury but im in reasonable shape now so not too much to worry about. Im pretty confident im going to swim fast after my performances earlier on this cycle and at the commonwealth games. Thanks for everyones emails and support...
June 23 - A fitting end to my time at Loughborough
It has just been confirmed that I have passed my Msc in International Relations of the European Union. I will graduate in July, it only took me 5 years to pass.
June 12-19 -Training in Bath
Another good weeks training under the belt...I went down to Bath to train with Darren Mew and what a good week we both had. I really benefited from training with Darren because everything we did was a race and neither of us wanted to loose. Many thanks to Darren and Kim for having me for the week.

June 2 -Time for a change
I finally decided today that my time as a full time swimmer at Loughborough University is too come to an end following the European championships in August. It was an extremely difficult decision to make but I feel is the right one. I have had some amazing success as a Loughborough swimmer, but I recognise that none of this would have been possible without the help of some amazing people along the way.
